Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Feedamigo website at feedamigo.com (the "Site") or subscribing to any of our services. By accessing the Site or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Newsquest Media Group Limited (registered in England and Wales, Company No. 01676633), operating the website under the Feedamigo brand.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools (including scrapers or bots) to access or collect content from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content from the Site without a licence from us
  • Transmit any unsolicited communications or spam through any feature of the Site
  • Post or submit content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent or infringes third-party rights

2. Subscriptions

Free tier: Access to a limited number of articles per month is available without charge. No registration is required to access free-tier content.

Premium subscription: Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to all articles, an ad-free experience and access to our daily newsletter. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at £9.99 per month, or annually at £99 per year (approximately 17% saving). All prices include applicable VAT.

Free trial: Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the remainder of a paid billing period, except where required by applicable law. To cancel, please visit your account settings or contact us at support@feedamigo.com.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published on Feedamigo, including articles, photographs, graphics, logos and page design, is the property of Newsquest Media Group Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share individual articles via social media using the sharing tools provided on the Site. Any other reproduction or distribution of our content requires our prior written permission.

By submitting any content to us (for example, via our contact form), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with our services.

4. Third-Party Advertising

The Site displays advertising served by third-party advertising networks, including Taboola. These advertisements are clearly labelled as such. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. Third-party advertisers are responsible for the content of their advertisements, which must comply with applicable advertising standards.

Advertising displayed on the Site does not influence our editorial content. Our editorial team operates independently of our commercial team.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedamigo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses.

The content published on Feedamigo is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Newsquest Media Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the total amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
